we charge shipping based on :
1. weight and dimension of the fully finished product
2. flat rate shipping (depending on product)
we may charge an additional shipping rate under certain situations where your finished products exceeds the weight / dimensions that our system calculated for you during checkout process. thus, we will request for any additional shipping charges from you and deduct your credit or request for payment transfer for the balance.
Our Shipping Times :
the products that you ordered are subject to availability. once we received your order, we need to process and produce/print your items (the production days data are included within the product page for certain items)
once we completed your items, we will start shipping your products and include the tracking information in the order itself. You may need to login and view your Order History for this tracking number.
on a normal season, your items will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days (that does not include out-district places) and 7-14 business days to reach East Malaysia.
